2. What data we collect, purposes and legal basis
When you contact us by email, phone or through a scheduling link, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address and the content of your message) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a proposal or manage a consulting engagement. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by contacting us, and, where relevant, the steps necessary prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). We do not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies; the Site only stores a technical preference in your browser to remember your cookie choice — see our Cookie Policy.
3. Retention, recipients and international transfers
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or, where a professional relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship plus the periods required by tax and commercial legislation. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Certain technical providers may act as data processors — notably Vercel Inc. (website hosting) — which may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) in line with Chapter V GDPR.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by writing to andrea@andreapieroni.com, attaching a copy of an ID document where required. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
